Giampiero Giuliani, Head Chef

Giampiero’s culinary journey has taken him from Cipriani in New York, to Sao Paolo, Brazil and finally to the Michelin-starred kitchens of London’s finest Italian restaurants.

With a combination of classical French training and a vast knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, Giampiero heads up a dynamic and forward-thinking kitchen team delivering the very best seasonal produce across our lunch, evening and party menus.

Dominic Ford

Dominic is an eminent and highly respected figure in the world of retail and hospitality, having been an integral part of early 1990’s ‘food revolution’ in London. He famously helped transform Harvey Nichols into an international lifestyle brand by creating the iconic Fifth Floor Restaurant & Foodmarket, thereby starting a trend for integrating premium fashion with premium food that remains an essential part of modern retailing.

David founded Liberty Wines over twenty five years ago and has grown the business into one of the most respected and trusted suppliers to many of the capital’s finest restaurants.

David is one of only a handful of Master’s of Wine in the UK and will bring his vast experience and knowledge of Italian viniculture to continue the incredible Wine List offering for which Enoteca Turi has become renowned.
